Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We manufacture from 1 piece – prototypes and single parts as well as small and large series.
What is the lead time?
If the material is in stock, we can deliver single parts and small quantities in about one week. For series, please allow around 30 days. We confirm the exact delivery date in our quote.
What do you need for a quote?
Ideally a 3D file (STEP/STP) and/or a drawing (DXF or PDF) with material, quantity, tolerances and the required surface finish or heat treatment. The request form accepts up to 5 files, 10 MB in total.
Which materials do you machine?
All common materials for machining. Just state your material in the request – we will tell you right away whether and how we can machine it.
What part sizes and tolerances are possible?
CNC milling (3- and 5-axis) from 20 × 20 to 1000 × 1000 mm, CNC turning from Ø 1 to 350 mm with lengths of 10 to 1000 mm. With grinding we achieve tolerances down to 0.001 mm.
Do you also offer hardening and coating?
Yes: induction hardening, carburizing, nitriding and titanium nitride (TiN) coating – so you receive the finished part from one source.
How do you ensure quality?
Our quality management is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TÜV NORD CERT (valid until 08 Jan 2028). Every CNC program is tested several times before series production.
Do you deliver within the EU?
Yes, to Germany and across the EU. As Croatia is an EU member, there are no customs formalities; business customers with a VAT ID receive an intra-community supply.
In which language can I send my request?
In English, German or Croatian – you receive the quote and all communication in your language.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Yes. We use your drawings only for quoting and production and never pass them on to third parties. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
